reports on international Revolution Track Open ....The sixth
Revolution and the last of 2004 turned out to be the best yet. With
classy fields for all categories of racing, a first Revolution appearance
for Nicole Cooke, some truely frightening crashes and some sublime racing,
it had the lot. From Matt Haynes surprise demolition of Britain's top
sprinters, through to some great performances by some of GB's younger
male riders, the evening kept the packed crowd on its feet right to
the end. And what an end it was, with a thoroughly European Madison
bringing all the skill and excitment of the six-day scene to a British
stadium for the first time in years. You should have been there! Read
